Assistant director of nursing (ADON)
We are currently looking for strong RN Nurses with experience in a Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing industry for Assistant Director of Nursing roles in the greater Dayton OH area.

We have an excellent support system in place that will train you the leadership aspect of being an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON.)

We are Looking For:
- 2+ years of front line nursing experience in a long term care/skilled nursing setting
- Experience as a RN Supervisor, Unit Manager or similar role
- Strong clinical skill set in regards to senior care
