Residential Program Manager

Helpin Hands LLC is seeking a strong, reliable Residential Program Manager / Lead DSP to oversee daily operations in our residential homes supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This position requires leadership experience, flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude .

This is a hands-on management role where you will work directly with both clients and staff , ensuring high-quality care while maintaining compliance with DODD regulations and agency policies .

Availability Requirement (Very Important)

This role requires OPEN availability . Managers must be able to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as needed , including weekends and holidays , to ensure proper staffing coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Ensure staff follow all DODD regulations and Helpin Hands policies
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage when necessary
• Administer and oversee medication administration
• Support individuals with daily living skills, hygiene, and community activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and structured home environment
• Communicate with management regarding incidents, staffing issues, and client needs
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time

Minimum Requirements (All Required)

✔ Management or supervisory experience (REQUIRED)
✔ Valid Driver’s License
✔ Reliable personal vehicle with insurance
✔ Medication Administration Certification
✔ CPR / First Aid Certification
✔ DODD required trainings
✔ Ability to pass background check
✔ Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
