About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new businesses to utilize the AdOnAir platform. You will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Actively seek out and identify potential businesses within your local area that could benefit from the AdOnAir platform.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients, understanding their business needs and target audience.
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings or virtual presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of AdOnAir.
- Explain the platform's features, pricing models, and the benefits of using AdOnAir for advertising.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas for business visits, presentations, and platform signups.
- Attend local business events and industry conferences to network and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales activities, including the number of businesses visited, presentations conducted, and successful platform signups.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
