My name is Bill, I own Bill’s On Broadway and I just want to be real with you for a minute. When I started in 2004, I saw firsthand how improving shop culture improves the lives of everyone that works here. I worked hard to grow the shop so that we could increase pay, improve equipment, improve our systems, and most importantly improve our culture. I vowed to treat everyone that worked at my shop with respect. To make sure we bought every piece of equipment and tool needed to help the tech get the job done. To implement systems and procedures that bring efficiency to our processes. To always show appreciation for my team and build a facility where EVERYONE wanted to work at.

Are we perfect? No. But we are a heck of a lot better than most.
We are one of, if not the fastest growing shops in Grove City tripling in growth since 2004.
We need to add technicians to keep up with this growth.
