Part-Time Experienced Server

Taglio Bar & Pizzeria located in Montgomery is currently hiring a part-time, experienced server. There is also room in our schedule for this person to learn other positions if they would like to pick up more hours.

Server pay: $5.65/hr + tips, average $25-$40/hr dependent on business volume.

Taglio is a fast-paced, high-volume bar and pizzeria with dine-in, take-out, and in-house delivery. Part-time hours are available and we are flexible when it comes to availability, but **weekends are a must for this position**. Pizza experience would be preferred but is not necessary.

Taglio proudly serves a sommelier-curated wine list, and also has private label wines, beers, and whiskey. All of our servers will undergo mandatory, paid beverage training with an emphasis on our wine list.

Taglio makes all food in-house, including dough, pizza toppings, and gelato. We have a range of vegan options and also make our own gluten-free dough.

Job duties include:
- Greeting & saying good-bye to guests.
- Guiding guests through our beverage, food, and dessert menu.
- Accurately taking guest orders (including dietary restrictions) and communicating these orders & specifications to the kitchen.
- Delivering drinks, food, utensils, napkins, and pizza stands to tables.
- Processing cash, credit card, and Taglio gift card payments in-person and over the phone.
- Clearing tables of dishes and glassware; cleaning & re-setting tables.
- Helping to maintain cleanliness of all guest areas.
- Helping to maintain cleanliness all employee areas.
- Answering phone and taking pickup & delivery orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Communicating with management and coworkers about guest needs.
