MARKETING SUPPORT SPECIALIST

INFINIUM has the need for a full-time Marketing Support Specialist that is conscientious, hardworking, and detail-oriented to join our growing team. This individual will support day-to-day marketing operations and help execute initiatives that strengthen our brand and support sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to marketing & branding initiatives that support sales team & rep groups.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely production and delivery

of marketing materials.

• Assist in the creation, updating, and implementation of marketing materials, ensuring all

collateral stays fresh, on-brand, and aligned with current sales and marketing goals.

• Assist in managing social media accounts and monitoring engagement.
• Help plan and support marketing events, both on-site and off-site, including logistics, setup,

clean up and follow up.

• Provide general administrative support, including organizing digital assets, maintaining

project libraries and updating internal lists and tools.

• Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and opportunities to inform strategy.
• Maintain inventory of marketing supplies, promotional items, and samples.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, XD).
• Interest and experience in videography and photography.
• Ability to learn quickly and desire to adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks

simultaneously.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with excellent communication

and interpersonal skills.

• Collaborative mindset and willingness to assist team members in tasks large and small.
• Creative, forward-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods.

The appropriate compensation package will be designed for the right candidate,
