Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet productivity goals, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, and stage orders accurately for shipment
• Receive and process incoming inventory, including unloading, labeling, and storing products
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and handheld scanners (forklift operation if certified)
• Follow standardized work instructions, quality standards, and company procedures
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, high-volume distribution center
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Overtime, weekends, or shift flexibility may be required based on business needs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hour shifts
• Ability to push, pull, and carry materials as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer or handheld scanner experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
