Front desk experience coordinator
Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive Front Desk & Experience Coordinator (Director of First Impressions) to oversee front desk operations, customer experience, and studio communications. This key role ensures students, families, and visitors receive a professional and welcoming experience while supporting studio leadership with administrative tasks, social media content, and maintaining an inviting studio environment. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and flexible, with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for building strong relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, families, and visitors, providing professional and welcoming front desk experience.
- Maintain a positive and inviting studio environment, supporting day-to-day studio care to ensure all spaces are organized and welcoming for families and students.
- Manage daily studio operations, including check-ins, class transitions, and general inquiries.
- Assist with administrative support, including correspondence, scheduling, and light office tasks.
- Create, manage, and post engaging social media content to highlight studio events, student achievements, and community culture.
- Design graphics, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and family communications.
- Provide flexible support for studio events, holiday performances, and seasonal showcases, stepping in wherever needed.
- Support effective communication and coordination among instructors, staff, and families to enhance the overall studio experience.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience in front desk operations, administrative support, or customer experience coordination preferred.
- Proficiency in Canva or other design platforms and comfort managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented with flexibility to support multiple areas of the studio.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday: evenings Monday–Friday, Saturday mornings through mid-afternoon, with extended hours for special events, performances, and seasonal showcases.
