Job Title: Sheet Metal Installer, Cleveland, OH

Monday - Friday

A lot of Rectangular duct on these job sites in the area. Can start as soon as next week.

As a Sheet Metal Installer, you will be responsible for installing sheet metal and ductwork, cutting, bending, and shaping sheet metal to required dimensions, and building ducts. You will work with basic hand tools, including tin snips, hammers, impact drivers, grinders, sawzalls, tape measures, and tongs, and be required to run thermostat wire and read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Install sheet metal and ductwork on commercial and industrial projects.
• Cut, bend, and shape sheet metal to specified dimensions.
• Utilize hand tools such as tin snips, hammers, impact drivers, grinders, sawzalls, tape measures, and tongs.
• Build ducts and run thermostat wire.
• Interpret and work from blueprints.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ductwork installation on commercial/industrial projects.
• Proficiency in using construction hand tools.
• Experience in measuring and cutting sheet metal.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in cutting, bending, and shaping sheet metal for over 3 years.
• Blueprint knowledge is an advantage.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $32.00/hr.
