**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing necessary maintenance repairs, comprising 80% mechanical and 20% electrical work. You will conduct routine maintenance on industrial equipment, including CNC lathes, furnaces, LED lighting, brazers, and tow motors. An understanding of industrial safety, lockout/tag-out procedures, and the ability to complete preventative maintenance tasks on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis are essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform necessary maintenance repairs, with a focus on mechanical (80%) and electrical (20%) tasks.
+ Conduct routine maintenance on industrial equipment such as CNC lathes, furnaces, LED lighting, brazers, and tow motors.
+ Ensure workplace safety and prioritize safety measures at all times.
+ Understand and adhere to lockout/tag-out procedures.
+ Complete preventative maintenance tasks on a regular basis.
+ Interpret and understand blueprints.
+ Utilize a scissor lift for LED lighting repairs within the facility, with training and certification provided by the company.
+ Perform minor electrical repairs, including work with 110V, 220V, 277V, and 480V systems.
+ Collaborate with the Maintenance Lead to complete maintenance and facilities projects.
**Essential Skills**
+ 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
+ Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience performing maintenance on CNC lathe machines is a plus.

**Work Environment**
This role operates within a heavy industrial work environment. You will work the 1st shift from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., covering a few hours of the 2nd shift. The facility, while older, is equipped with modern LED lighting but may be dirtier in some areas with older equipment. Large parts and systems are frequently moved with forklifts and overhead cranes.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $33.00/hr.
