Growing Range Production Associate
Strader’s Growing Range in Ostrander, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Growing Range Production Associate to join our team for the upcoming season. As a key member of our production crew, you will play an essential role in supporting the growth and preparation of high-quality seasonal crops. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals who enjoy active, focused work in a structured environment and take pride in contributing to a team that helps plants thrive from the ground up. With a predictable weekday schedule and a supportive team atmosphere, this is a great opportunity to be part of a respected local growing operation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with potting seasonal crops in a production-based, repetitive work environment
- Perform basic plant maintenance tasks as directed
- Pull and prepare plant orders for delivery as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas within the growing range
- Follow established processes and instructions to ensure quality and consistency
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for the full workday and perform repetitive tasks
- Capable of routinely lifting up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable with physical labor in a mostly indoor, cool environment
- Attention to quality, consistency, and detail in production work
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction
