About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Event Staff to support our team during on-site events and activations throughout Cincinnati. As Event Staff, you will help set up, manage, and support event operations to ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and fast-paced environments. Responsibilities * Assist with event setup and breakdown * Support registration, check-in, and guest assistance * Help manage event materials, equipment, and displays * Provide excellent customer service to attendees * Follow instructions from event leads and supervisors * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe event environment Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Friendly, energetic, and comfortable working with the public * Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs if needed * Dependable, punctual, and professional What We Offer * Competitive weekly pay * Clear opportunities for growth and advancement * Supportive and energetic team environment * Hands-on experience with major corporate events * Travel opportunities depending on event schedule
