Shift & Pay

Monday - Friday

⏰ 6:00AM to 2:00PM (Overtime as needed)

$16.85 per hour

Job Responsibilities

As a Production Associate, you will:

• Operate and monitor 500-1500 ton injection molding equipment
• Start up and shut down production equipment safely
• Assist with workflow setup to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Use testing equipment, gauges, and measuring tools to ensure product quality
• Load and unload materials from machines, carts, and dollies
• Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications
• Mark and identify finished parts
• Assist with machine changeovers as needed
• Record production and quality data accurately
• Follow written instructions and supervisor direction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks as required
• Meet production and quality standards
• Support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year)
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable and team-oriented attitude
