Data Coordinator - Benefit Bridge Program
- Associate’s degree in business, data systems or closely related field or two years of experience in data interpretation, retrieval, entry and report writing from a database.
- Position requires experience and all-around knowledge working in a networked environment, including troubleshooting skills; strong computer skills helpful.
- Working knowledge of database design (Salesforce).
- Experience developing and running reports.
- Experience with digital media/design helpful.
- Must be a team player, learn protocols quickly and be competent to train others.
- Must have strong attention to detail, and be able to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with a variety of individuals.
- Must be patient, conscientious, self-motivated, independent, and productive.
- Specific education/training in computer science preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and show proof of personal auto insurance policy to be deemed insurable with Harbor’s vehicle insurance carrier.
- Accurately and timely enters and monitors client, employer, and service information into identified database systems (State, County, and Harbor systems).
- Follows guidelines for maintaining security of data and reports.
- Reviews data error reports and does the necessary follow-up to ensure the data compiled in reports is accurate.
- Runs reports and initiates corrective action as necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Produces, reviews, and monitors outcome reports and provides reports to program manager and director used in monitoring program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provides backup to registration specialist and OMJ as necessary.
- Tests IS functions as they are developed and/or modified.
- Serves as a data resource for management, program, and support staff.
- Plans, develops, directs computer training and user manuals for staff.
- Supports staff in gaining access to all necessary County/State systems in support of vocational programming.
- Assists with set up and provision of job fairs.
- Attends vendor fairs in community to increase awareness of services.
- Assists with entering and uploading support services and incentive information and audits information to insure accuracy.
- Ensures proper filing and storage of data entry documents.
- Assists with implementation of customer satisfaction evaluation process and reporting.
- Assists with reporting of outcomes related to county and state stakeholders.
- Assists with developing reports as requested by program manager or director.
- Keeps current with trends and developments related to essential job competencies, and demonstrates continued growth.
