Assistant Project Manager
Specific Responsibilities
- Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
- Coordination of project specific functions
- Managing/coordination with General Contractors
- GC Contract review and markup
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Assist with project budget and attend financial meetings
- Assist with Manage project close out
- Attend GC meetings as needed
- Communicate field scheduling with manufacturing
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- 2 plus years in commercial construction required
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, straightforward manner
