Landscape Construction Team Member
Responsibilities Work under the direction of a Team Leader to install landscape projects based on professional designs.
Assist with the installation of patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, outdoor living areas, and landscape beds.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance of vehicles and equipment, inside and out.
Show up on time, work dependably, and represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
Available to work 40–50 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, with occasional Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
2–3 years of professional landscape installation experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred, but not required).
Availability for snow maintenance work during the winter months.
Typical Day
Arrive on time, ready to work.
Check in with the Team Leader at 7:30 AM for daily assignments.
Assist with loading equipment and materials for the day's projects.
Support the Team Leader with job site tasks and report any equipment issues immediately.
Help maintain a clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and shop area.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Wage: $18–$22 per hour + Pay-Period Bonuses
