In this role, you'll go into our clients' homes and light commercial buildings to install heating and cooling systems, ensuring top-notch service that results in repeat business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems in retrofit, renovation, and new construction projects.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work on a variety of projects, including new systems in homes and light commercial buildings.

• EPA certified
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems

Previous HVAC experience is preferred but not required- we will train the right person !

YOUR TYPICAL SCHEDULE AS AN HVAC INSTALLER - INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

• Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
• On-call rotation typically twice a month based on season and weather severity
• No regular Saturday installations
• Consistent workflow with overtime is available
