The Role:
As our Payroll Administrator , you’ll be the backbone of payroll operations, ensuring every detail is accurate and every paycheck is on time. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on precision and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain payroll systems with up-to-date employee data
• Review timekeeping records for PTO, holidays, and alternate schedules
• Partner with project teams to resolve timesheet discrepancies
• Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff
• Respond to payroll-related questions from employees
• Generate reports for HR and finance teams

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of payroll experience in a corporate setting
• Familiarity with EFT payroll processing
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and prevailing wage laws (Davis-Bacon Act)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Teams, and payroll software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
