Key Responsibilities:
- Operate riding and walk-behind mowers to maintain greens, tees, fairways, and roughs
- Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance (fueling, cleaning, blade inspection)
- Follow safety protocols for machinery and course maintenance
- Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed (raking bunkers, trimming, etc.)
- Communicate with the grounds crew and report any course or equipment issues

- Comfortable operating or learning to operate mowing equipment (training provided)
