Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician, $42/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining hydraulic presses, Fanuc robots, various assembly machines, conveyor lines, and air handling equipment. The role also involves maintaining pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, gears, drives, AC/DC, pumps, gearboxes, motor controls, electronic systems, light systems, rigging, and other secondary equipment. General building maintenance on boilers, HVAC units, plumbing, and light ballast is required. The role includes MIG and Stick welding, reading blueprints and schematics, electrical troubleshooting from 24V AC/DC up to 480V single phase and three phase, and PLC troubleshooting. Work orders will be managed through a computer system, following a PM schedule, monitoring equipment performance, ensuring lines run efficiently, and installing new equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on hydraulic presses, Fanuc robots, assembly machines, and conveyor lines.
• Maintain pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, and gears.
• Conduct general building maintenance, including boilers, HVAC units, and plumbing.
• Read blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems from 24V AC/DC to 480V three-phase.
• Manage work orders through a CMMS system, adhering to a PM schedule.
• Monitor equipment performance to ensure efficient operation.
• Install and set up new equipment as needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of NORTH BALTIMORE, OH.

The pay range for this position is $72051.20 - $74131.20/yr.
