What Youll Do (Responsibilities):

• Leadership: Providing guidance direction and support to team members.
• Career Development: Engages team members in career and personal growth opportunities within their current and future positions within GM.
• Develop software in c.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop solutions to problems encountered during development.

Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):

• 5 years experience in C applications development
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field

• Ability to communicate effectively assignments both written and verbally.
• Ability to summarize complex problems and communicate the problems to teams or management that have a different set of technical abilities.
• Ability to prioritize task and project manage.
• Ability to develop multiple individuals on a team based on their current skills and behaviors to balance team goals and individual growth.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience developing applications in C from ground up.
• Experience supervising.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience writing executive summaries.
• Experience with hardware integration in Linux environment.

Required Experience:
