Landscape Maintenance Field Supervisor (Reynoldsburg)

We are seeking a Field Supervisor at our West Branch location for our Landscape Maintenance Division that will report to the Production Manager to assist in field supervision of 3-5 field crews in commercial mowing, pruning/detail/color, and snow removal. This position's main focus is hands on training, assisting landscape maintenance crews, and achieving quality service standards for our clients. This role is very involved with winter snow operations and dispatch.

Field Supervisor qualifications we are looking for...

• 6 years’ experience in commercial landscape maintenance; 3 years’ experience as a Crew Leader/Foreman
• Driver's License and able to be insured under company insurance is required
• Equipment: must be able to operate and maintain commercial mowers, string trimmer, stick edger, hedgetrimmers, backpack blower, skid steer, snow plow and other snow operations equipment
• Plant identification, horticulture, and turf knowledge
• Teamwork: those that can coach and support their team with respect and professionalism
