Director, Crisis Stabilization Unit - (RN)

We are seeking a Director of Crisis Stabilization Unit in St. Clairsville, Ohio. The purpose of this position is to lead the CSU in managing a multi-bed behavioral health crisis stabilization unit with 24/7 coverage.

Duties include:

• Develop and Maintain staffing schedule for the unit
• Coordinate admissions and discharges
• Develop and implement daily treatment regimen.
• Support coordination with other services for individuals admitted to unit.
• Provide clinical leadership, management, and direct care to individuals admitted to the crisis unit.
• Manage department's operating budget

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse
• Must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
• Acceptable driving record

Preference given to the following candidates:

• Past or current work management experience
• Past or current experience in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care

Employee Package includes:

• Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year , depending on licensure and experience
