The equipment situation is straightforward for Class-A drivers. We buy new Freightliner Cascadias every year - 2021 through 2024 models in the fleet right now. Double bunks, SiriusXM radio, 24-inch TV, refrigerator, and battery-powered APUs that actually work when commercial drivers need them. Every truck has a 1,500-watt inverter, so you can power whatever you need during your area driving.

Freight is designed to make sense for CDL A operators. Average haul distance is 250 miles on regional territory, which keeps you moving without burning you out. About 50-60% of the loads are drop-hook operations, so you're not wasting time at shipping docks. We plan trips at 45 MPH, giving you realistic delivery schedules even when traffic gets heavy on area routes.

Here's something different: we have a $1,200 per week minimum for Class A drivers. Not some complicated formula with impossible requirements. Accept available freight, follow your schedule, work the hours - that's it. Most CDL-A professionals average $1,325-$1,475 weekly because the regional miles are consistent.
