Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction by communicating effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and any incidents or issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or janitorial industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
