Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, committed to client-centered care, and comfortable working in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group therapy services
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary providers and community resources
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations
• Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards

Qualifications

• Active LSW license in the state of Ohio (required)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in behavioral health or community mental health preferred
• Preferred: Active Medicaid billing number

Preferred Skills

• Experience with diverse and underserved populations
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
