Full-Time Position
Duties
The The Program Specialists at URS provide supervision, guidance and monitoring to DSP/Program Aides and assist clients through advocacy and case management services. The Program Specialists structure work situations and establish Adult Day Support and Vocational Habilitation programming methods and outcomes for clients. Including the intake, discharge, and ISP process for assigned caseloads.
Qualifications
Associates Degree in Rehabilitation, Social Services or closely related field is required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience in DoDD Adult Day Service Programming or Residential Services including supervisory or management experience with certifications is CPR and First Aid are also required.
