One New Creation is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance, answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Position Overview We are seeking a Communications Assistant to support customer interactions, appointment coordination, and daily office communications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and developing strong communication skills in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person * Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars * Prepare and organize customer correspondence and documentation * Maintain accurate communication records and files * Coordinate information between customers and internal teams * Provide administrative support for daily office operations Minimum requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Professional and customer-focused attitude * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required
