Performance Coach- 2nd shift
We’re looking for a dependable, people-focused Performance Coach to support our overnight production team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, serving as the first point of contact for employees starting their shift and a consistent presence on the production floor throughout the night. You’ll help employees check in, confirm schedules, get to their assigned areas, and resolve day-to-day HR questions—ensuring the night shift runs smoothly from start to finish. Schedule is Friday-Monday 2PM-11:00PM - hours per week expected ~34 or more
salary: $18 - $19 per hourshift: Second
work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Check in production employees at the start of each shift and verify attendance
- Walk employees to their assigned production areas and ensure they are set up for the day
- Confirm work schedules, shift assignments, and department placements
- Serve as a daily point of contact for employee questions and concerns
- Assist with day-to-day HR-related items such as timecard issues, schedule questions, and policy reminders
- Support performance conversations by reinforcing expectations, attendance standards, and workplace policies
- Escalate employee issues, concerns, or performance trends to site leadership or HR as needed
- Maintain accurate attendance and interaction records
- Promote a positive, professional, and safe work environment on the production floor
