Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant (Experience in AppFolio & Streamline Preferred)


Location: Coldwell Banker Premier
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $45,000 – $48,000 annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM


About Us:
We are a large, well-established property management company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to support our fast-paced resort rental department. This role combines hands-on accounting duties with administrative responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives in a multitasking environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform daily posting of rent and payment transactions for both short-term and long-term rentals.


  • Handle weekly owner check runs and process security deposits efficiently.


  • Manage vendor payments related to rental property service work.


  • Monitor lease agreement deadlines and follow up with leasing agents.


  • Conduct timely and accurate bank reconciliations.


  • Assist with departmental administrative tasks, including phone coverage, large-scale mailings, and back-up support during staff absences.


  • Maintain financial records and assist in bringing books to trial balance.


  • Complete basic tax forms and ensure compliance with legal accounting requirements.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience using AppFolio and Streamline Rental Software (strongly preferred).


  • Solid accounting knowledge or degree is beneficial, though not required.


  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.


  • Ability to take direction from multiple team members and work collaboratively.
