Must Haves :

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School degree required
• 3 years Customer Service Experience with ideally a dedicated customer portfolio
• Open to backgrounds so could be retail, warehouse, restaurant, etc but need to have good CSR skills, tech savvy because learning systems, and interested in a long-term role with growth, desire to learn!!!
• This person will be building relationships and managing the relationships with customers so handling anything that could come up: New order requests, handling issues, handling questions, etc.

This role serves as a main customer contact on a day-to-day basis and provides support for oversight of order activities by achieving key deliverables. All activities are to be managed in accordance with the company's goals of safety, compliance, and code of conduct.
