Office Administrator

Description

Q-Lab Corporation is currently seeking an Office Administrator. Reporting to the Sr Accounts Payable Specialist, this role will be responsible for administrative duties across several areas including Purchasing, Accounting, Order Desk, Production/Warehouse, and General Administration.

Responsibilities:

• Copy all approved purchase orders and file in parts folder as well as vendor folder and give a copy to accounting
• Act as the backup receptionist during lunch periods and time off
• Email weekly ACH remits to vendors
• Order, pickup/receive, set up and break down lunch requests for team meetings
• Consolidate sales orders with production sheets
• Order company office supplies, including local pick-up for ad-hoc items
• Additional tasks such as filing production/purchasing reports and payroll timesheets, maintaining kitchen inventory list, and assist with planning and production of employee related events
• Several additional tasks as needed

Required Skills:

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Ability to stand at least 50% of the time
• Must be able to lift 10lbs occasionally
