About the Role

This is a route delivery role with a strong customer service and growth focus.

You will pick up and deliver garments, care for clients, build trust on your route, and help grow our home and office delivery service.

Sales is part of the job, but we are not looking for a pushy salesperson. We are looking for someone who enjoys people, takes pride in great service, and is comfortable talking with customers about how Dublin Cleaners can make their lives easier.

Our route drivers are often the face of our company. They help customers feel cared for, valued, and sure that their garments are in good hands.

Compensation

$50,000–$60,000+ total annual compensation

Pay includes:

• Consistent hourly base pay

• 2% commission on route sales

• Bonus opportunities for service upgrades

• Bonus opportunities for new delivery route customers

• Attendance bonus up to $1,700 per year

• Overtime opportunities when available

Your Mission

Take great care of your route, build strong customer relationships, and help grow the business through great service.

Daily Responsibilities

• Safely drive a company vehicle

• Pick up and deliver garments

• Provide friendly, polished customer service

• Build trust with home and office clients

• Look for chances to add new route customers

• Share helpful services with customers when it makes sense

• Promote services such as Wash Dry Fold and specialty cleaning

• Keep route records clear and accurate

• Work on your own while staying tied in with the team

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs

• Friendly and professional with customers

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Comfortable meeting new people

• Comfortable talking about services and asking for business

• Able to work well on your own

• Positive attitude and strong follow-through

This is a good fit for someone who likes being on the road, enjoys people, and wants their effort to show in their income.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday routes

• Occasional Saturdays as needed

• 8-hour shifts

• Columbus metro area
