- Provide full-spectrum ENT care to a broad referral base
- 2030 patients per day in clinic
- Perform surgeries at:
- Blanchard Valley Hospital
- Bluffton Hospital
- Findlay Surgery Center
- Advanced technology: Four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with Table Motion
- Collaborate with onsite audiology and subspecialty teams (e.g., Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery)
- APPs take primary call; physician provides backup only
- Hospitalist team handles inpatient management
- Optional teaching of medical students and APP trainees
