Job Description
We are seeking an experienced GenAI Project Manager to lead and manage AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives for our client in Cleveland, OH. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, coordinating between cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and business goals are met, and driving successful implementation of GenAI solutions into enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI/ML project management, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in delivering GenAI or advanced AI-driven projects.


Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Generative AI projects, from planning to deployment.
Coordinate between engineering, data science, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Monitor and track project performance, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across project phases.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives for AI/ML projects.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and AI ethical guidelines.
Provide regular project updates, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership.


Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of Project Management experience with at least 2+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI projects.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, GenAI technologies, and enterprise use cases.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management for AI programs.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML project workflows.
PMP, CSM, or Agile certification preferred.
