Pay: $45–$50/hr (Based on Experience)

Environmental and Safety Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) Professional to support a major construction project in Jeffersonville, OH. This role is critical to ensuring site safety compliance, fostering a strong safety culture, and providing leadership in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and project-specific requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections, meetings, and training sessions.
• Support incident prevention, investigation, and reporting.
• Communicate safety policies and procedures to subcontractors and site personnel.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a proactive safety culture.

Requirements:

• OSHA 510 required; CHST preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of construction safety management experience.
• Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills.
• Able to start immediately.
