About The Role
Join our dynamic Customer Support team as a Customer Support Advisor – Remote, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers. In this full-time, hourly position, you'll use your excellent communication skills in English to assist customers in resolving their questions and concerns. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in customer relations, even if you're at the start of your professional journey – no prior experience is required!

What You'll Do

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively.
Log and track customer interactions using our internal systems.
Communicate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as necessary.
Maintain a customer-first attitude and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide the best possible support.

Qualifications

Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay patient and empathetic when working with customers.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with navigating different software platforms.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
19.10 - 32.19 USD per hour(Remote (Wilmington, Delaware, US))
