Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing friendly and attentive service to ensure a positive store experience.
• Assist customers with questions, inform them about current promotions and loyalty programs, and help them find merchandise.
• Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stock, tag, and organize merchandise on the sales floor to maintain store standards.
• Communicate the buying and selling process clearly to customers.
• Support overall store operations by performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and mature judgment.
• Effective verbal communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Attention to detail for inspecting and handling merchandise.
