Bartender

Café Istanbul is Dublin’s destination for authentic Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine, vibrant atmosphere, and great hospitality. We’re expanding our team and looking for a talented Bartender to join us and help create an unforgettable experience for our guests.
The Role:
As a Bartender at Café Istanbul, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks that complement our menu. You’ll bring energy, personality, and professionalism behind the bar.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create signature cocktails and recommend drinks to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience in a busy bar or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Responsible service of alcohol certification (if required)
