Job Description

The Reserves Network is seeking a dependable General Warehouse Associate for a leading manufacturing company. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by moving materials, packaging products, and assisting with shipping and receiving. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable using measuring tools to verify product dimensions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Package and crate products for shipment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
• Use tape measures and dial/electronic calipers to verify material dimensions.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to accurately read measurements and perform basic calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using hand tools for packaging and securing shipments.

The base salary range for this position is $20.00-$21.00/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
