Controls and Reliability Engineer

What you´ll do

• Executes the operational plan of an engineering task based on engineering designs and work specifications
• Works closely with external contractors and ensures the quality of delivered services and products
• Sets up or adjusts complex equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization

What makes you a good fit

• 3 years industrial maintenance experience minimum
• Degree or tradeschool certificate preferred
• Proficiency with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred).
• Experience with HMI, SCADA, VFDs, industrial networking, and instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, motors, sensors, and industrial controls.
• Experience with root cause analysis methodologies and continuous improvement methodologies.

The hourly pay range for this role is $35.00 and $40.00 . This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
