About the Role RinoFi is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our Columbus office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, staying organized, and providing excellent support to both visitors and team members. Responsibilities * Welcome visitors and create a friendly, professional first impression. * Answer and direct incoming inquiries to the appropriate team members. * Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination. * Maintain an organized reception area and office environment. * Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks. * Support daily office operations and internal coordination. * Receive and distribute mail, packages, and office deliveries. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. * Dependable and team-oriented.
