CDL A Dedicated Truck Driver - Welcoming CDL Graduates

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional dry van account serving lanes in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and Georgia. This position offers predictable weekly home time, modern automatic equipment, and primarily drop‑and‑hook (no‑touch) freight. Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Dedicated regional account with preloaded loads and 100% drop‑and‑hook operation
  • Operating lanes: OH, IL, IN, GA
  • Weekly home time with at least a 34‑hour reset
  • Rotating day and night driving; drivers should be willing to work day or night shifts
  • Typical weekly mileage: 2,200+ miles
  • All automatic, newer equipment
• Compensation and benefits
  • $1,300–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles and load volume)
  • Mileage pay: $0.60–$0.70 per mile, based on experience
  • Trainee pay: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months’ experience
  • $25 stop pay
  • Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off
• Minimum qualifications
  • Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
  • Graduated from an accredited truck driving school of at least 120 hours (CDL graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Drivers with limited experience may qualify for trainee pay; experienced drivers will be compensated based on experience
  • Fairly clean driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years
  • No DUI convictions within the past 5 years
  • Not terminated from most recent employment for safety‑related reasons
  • Solid 10‑year work history without major unexplained employment gaps (school or training exemptions acknowledged)
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens
  • All criminal offenses will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis; recent disqualifying convictions may preclude employment
• Preferred qualifications
  • Prior experience with dedicated regional accounts, dry van operations, or drop‑and‑hook freight
  • Familiarity with operating lanes in OH, IL, IN, and GA
