Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP). As a DSP, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and community integration. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need of assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and/or monitor Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Complete or oversee light housekeeping tasks
• Occasionally accompany clients on outings into the community
• Complete or monitor meal preparation and feedings
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Completion of 8-hour DODD training
• Ability to pass a background check
• Medication Certification
• Driver’s license
• Auto insurance
• Reliable Transportation (vehicle ownership)
• Must be 18 years or older
