Commercial/Residential Service Superintendent

Job Overview

Our Service Department is currently looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead our service crews and oversee daily operations of commercial and residential repairs and projects. This role ensures jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards while maintaining and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
• Provide hands-on Training to our Foremen and crew members.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide them with project updates.
• Manage site logistics, including deliveries, storage, and equipment use.
• Enforce OSHA safety compliance.
• Order equipment, tools and materials for service work orders.
• Manage budgets while maintaining high-quality standards across all phases of construction projects.
• Create an agenda that allows you to identify potential issues, track expenses, milestones and challenges.
• Maintain and record detailed documentation of project activities, changes, and communications in the company’s CRM software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years roofing experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards for construction sites.
• Strong time management skills with demonstrated ability to lead teams and supervise multiple crews effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proven team leadership and communication skills (Fluent in Spanish - highly desired but not required).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
