Requirements
MUST HAVE 18 months of PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel.
MUST HAVE 18 months of recent ED experience. - travel experience will suffice for the 18 most of RECENT experience.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
AHA BLS, ACLS & PALS cert required
