Temporary HR Administrative Assistant
- Scan and save Attendance acknowledgment forms.
- Scan all paper employee files (personnel and medical) to HR drive and save them electronically to the Paylocity HRIS system.
- Create Sewing Training folders for new trainees.
- Compile New-Hire Packets.
- Transfer employee performance reviews from ClearCompany performance management system into Paylocity after 2025 performance reviews are completed.
- Download and save all employee data, including W2's, from ADP for Kansas employees.
- Consolidate and organize all Open Enrollment benefit materials.
- Scan and save prior year performance reviews to Paylocity.
- Assist with HR projects as needed.
- Assist committee leads with administrative duties, i.e. note taking during meetings.
- Conduct research as needed.
- Assist with scheduling interviews.
- Provide back-up front desk support as needed.
- Support Safety Manager with the following:
- Logging and tracking finger guard audit forms.
- Scanning Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) daily inspection lists.
- Logging and documenting injury forms.
- Logging and tracking SUTA forms.
- Logging and scanning any new training documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education & Certifications: High school Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-year prior administrative or office experience required. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel) and PowerPoint preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels within the organization.
- High attention to detail.
- Professionalism at all times and treating others with respect and appreciation.
- Must work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with competing priorities.
- Accept responsibility for own actions and ensure strong follow-up on commitments.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
