Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Location : Mason, OH

Hours : Part-Time, 20.0 hours per week
Compensation : $25.00 - $28.60 per hour
Type : Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Support managers and employees through organization and communication tasks
• Handle confidential and time-sensitive material with discretion
• Communicate effectively via phone and email, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain contact lists
• Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies and manage inventory
• Book travel arrangements and submit/reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors and answer questions or requests
• Take dictation and create presentations
• Generate reports and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Monitor and prepare invoices
• Support administrative staff with educational and growth opportunities
• Ensure operation of equipment through preventive maintenance and repairs
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders
• Attend educational workshops and review professional publications to maintain technical knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training preferred
• Previous administrative support experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
