Integrity Plumbing and Drain Services is hiring a full-time Drain Cleaner Supervisor in Miamisburg, Ohio. This is a full-time role paying $22 to $30 per hour , plus spiffs and bonuses. We provide the tools, a company van you can take home, a phone and iPad, and we'll register you as an apprentice to help you work toward a plumbing license. We also offer a boot allowance and one week of paid vacation after your first year. We also offer perks like:

BECOMING ONE OF OUR DRAIN CLEANER SUPERVISOR

This is a full-time job, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM , with on-call hours as needed. You will leave from your home each day and go straight to the job site. You do not need to report to an office in the morning.

DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

Each day, you will start from home and go directly to your job site. You will use and take care of drain cleaning equipment, making sure it is always in good working order. You will talk with homeowners or decision-makers to help them find the best solutions for their drain problems. You will lead your team on job sites and work closely with them to get the job done right. You will help the team grow and set a good example by showing leadership and teamwork every day.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license
• Experience leading and growing a team
• Ability to communicate well with homeowners and decision-makers
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to be flexible with plumbing schedules

Experience solving problems in the drain cleaning field is a plus.
