Technical Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Cincinnati, OH. Candidate must have strong expertise in front‑end architecture and hands‑on Angular development to be considered for the position.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Lead job responsibilities include:

• Leads front‑end architecture and drives hands‑on development using Angular, ensuring scalable and maintainable UI solutions.

• Oversees code quality by enforcing standards, conducting reviews, and guiding the team on reusable patterns and testing practices.

• Partners closely with product owners, designers, and backend teams to plan integrations and deliver cohesive end‑to‑end user experiences.

• Breaks work into incremental, releasable stories while ensuring alignment with Agile delivery principles.

• Supports the team through mentoring, delegation, and technical leadership from design through release.

• Troubleshoots and integrates UI components with RESTful APIs, resolving contract and compatibility issues across services.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• 10+ years of experience in front‑end engineering, technical leadership, and full‑stack collaboration.

• Candidate should have strong capability in Angular development, UI architecture, and integrating front‑end components with backend RESTful APIs.

• Candidate must possess solid experience in Agile delivery, code quality enforcement, automated testing practices, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
